If you have older Windows version, you can download the latest Java Runtime Environment (JRE) that supports Java 8 (Java 6, Java 7, or Java 8).
Open Windows Start menu.
Click Control Panel.
Click Programs and Features.
Click the "View Installed Updates" button.
Select the "Turn Windows Features On or Off" tab, and then select to install Java.
